AFC Homes
​This program is designed to enable the highest level of life for the mentally/medically challenged, fragile, aged, physically  handicapped and traumatic brain injury  
  • Independent Living (Minimal help)
  • ​Supportive Living (Moderate/ Assistance help)
  • Comprehensive Living (Extensive. Needs help with non-invasive care)
Assisted Living-Supportive Housing 
The following services may be included:
  • ​Personal Care- The assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing  etc.. each care plan is individualized to accommodate the needs of each consumer 
  • Household-Assistance with maintaining the home's appearance inside and out
  • Child Care-for assisted living-supportive housing only Resident requires assistance with providing for their children or dependents.
  • Transportation- Limited --shopping, errands
Because in-home care costs can sometimes be confusing, Coffer's Housing Solutions offers a number of options to help manage your home care costs and will work with you to create a plan that meets your individual needs.
Both programs offered through Coffer's Housing Solutions accepts direct payment from the client or payment through
Private Pay,
​SSI/SSD.
Medicaid Services - Home Help,
Aid and Attendant(VA ),
Long Term Care Insurance,
No Fault,
Workers Compensation or other contracted agreements.
